COVID-19 Vaccine Information

We are currently scheduling appointments for people who are

age 65 AND OLDER or
in DIRECT patient care

for the COVID-19 vaccine.
If you meet this criteria and are interested in scheduling your dose, please contact us via the REGISTER HERE BUTTON below ⬇️. Our staff will contact you to schedule your dose as supply allows. Please understand that WE CANNOT TAKE PHONE CALLS to reserve vaccine appointments, we will reach out to you if you are eligible.

Priority for vaccine appointments will be determined by factors like age and risk of contracting the virus – not the order in which someone joins the registration list.
If you do not meet the current criteria please do NOT register your information until you are eligible.

Want to save more time? Print and fill out our full registration form: English or Spanish and bring it with you.

Have questions about the science and effectiveness of the vaccine?
Check out this conversation between our Medical Director, Dr. Joel Lutterman, and our Pharmacy Director, Dr. Portia Johnson. They present the facts and bust some myths about the vaccine.

COVID-19 Vaccine Information from Wake County

As cases of COVID-19 continue to climb in Wake County, a safe and effective vaccine will help defend us against the virus. Everyone who wants a vaccine will eventually be able to get one for free. But, that process will take months. The supply of the vaccine is low, and the need is high.

Until the vaccine is more widely available, we strongly encourage you to continue practicing the 3 Ws – wear a face covering, wash your hands and wait six feet apart.

"Despite the region’s success, there are groups that lack basic health care. ACH continues to meet the needs of these citizens and seeks to expand its services by asking its partners to invest in it."
