How to Pay

The ability to pay is not a barrier to receiving care.  If you have a limited income or no income, or do not have insurance, we’ll work with you. When you or your family needs us most, you can count on us to be there for you—in good times and bad. Our commitment is to serve every patient, every time.

We offer a variety of payment options for our patients. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, most private insurance plans, and offer a Sliding Fee Discount program for patients without insurance.

Sliding Fee Discount Program

No insurance? It’s not a problem. We offer a Sliding Fee Discount Program that assists patients who experience difficulty affording primary medical care. Discounts are based on family size and household income.

We are committed to providing you the best possible care regardless of your ability to pay. However, we are not a free clinic, and our Sliding Fee Discount Program does require a modest co-pay.
