If you are an Advance Community Health patient and are experiencing symptoms like cough, fever, sore throat and are concerned about a potential exposure, we ask that you do not present to an Advance Community Health medical office as this puts a larger number of people at risk. Please call us at 919-833-3111 and let patient representatives know that you would like to speak with a clinical team member to help identify your needs.

Visit our COVID-19 testing page for information on testing dates and locations. All tests are at no cost to you. We will bill your insurance. If you do not have insurance the test is at no cost to you. Not a patient? Registration is easy. Just call 919-833-3111 for more information.

Your health is important to us, and in order to limit your exposure, and still provide you with primary healthcare, we will schedule you for a telephone or telehealth visit with your provider.

We have created an informational video to help guide you through the process. You may choose the higher definition playback, slower playback, and/or closed captioning options on this video.

Need help figuring out telehealth? After speaking with your provider or other medical staff we will invite you to try our curbside telehealth option. This option helps us walk you through your virtual visit.

You will be required to wear a mask to protect yourself and us as we care for you. At some of our locations you will arrive and see signage directing you to call a number. You will receive instructions on how to see your provider if you have an appointment.

As you approach our Raleigh location you will see signs directing you to the curbside Pharmacy pick-up location. Once parked you will call the Pharmacy to let them know you are there to pick up your medication.

Pharmacy hours of operation are 8:30am-6pm. The phone number for the Pharmacy is 919-755-5060.

Advance Community Health’s Dental Clinic is open.

We are temporarily suspending the requirement that patients seeking emergency dental services with us must also establish primary care with one of our medical providers. This temporary suspension will allow patients within our local community who may be experiencing dental emergencies to have access to care.

If you are experiencing dental pain, please call us at 919-250-2930 for an evaluation.

For our Fuquay-Varina location patients, the site is re-opening in March 2021 and we will be happy to see you at any one of our other locations. Call 919-833-3111 to find one close to you and schedule your appointment.
