Advance Community Health Receives Grant to Connect Kids to Coverage

Advance Community Health received an Outreach and Enrollment Grant that is aimed at identifying and enrolling children who are eligible for Medicaid and the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP). 

Advance is one of six Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) in North Carolina to receive the grant through the North Carolina Community Health Center Association (NCCHCA), the state’s primary care association. NCCHCA is a new HEALTHY KIDS Connecting Kids to Coverage Outreach and Enrollment program grantee.
